Construction of Bright Water homes is anticipated to commence in the Summer of 2016. The first phase of developments will reportedly accommodate creation of some 300 Bright Water Homes. These will be positioned along Pritchett Parkway (east of Interstate 75 / north of Bayshore) in North Fort Myers.
